Registration Fees & Payment Information
Pre-registration is recommended; this would help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your nametag and program packet will be ready when you arrive at the hotel. The fee is $550 until 11:59 p.m. CST, March 6, 2026. A $100 late fee will be added to registrations received after March 6, 2026. You are encouraged to register online.
NOTE: Online registration will be available until 11:59 CST, March 6, 2026. After this date, please plan to register on-site at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas-Frisco Hotel & Convention Center.
The registration fee covers conference handouts, Tuesday’s get-acquainted reception, and Wednesday and Thursday breakfast and lunch.
